Earth Goddess Aromatherapy has teamed up with Jai Soul Yoga to provide an ultra relaxing and unique yoga experience.
While Jaime leads you in your restorative yoga practice, Lynne will use a relaxing blend of essential oils massage oil to massage your arms, hands, head, face, back, neck, shoulders and feet.
This 2 hours retreat will leave you feeling relaxed and pampered.
After the retreat healthy snacks are made available to all participants.

Restorative Aromatherapy and Thai Yoga Massage Retreats
Earth Goddess Aromatherapy has once again teamed up with Jai Soul Yoga to provide an ultra relaxing and unique yoga experience.
While Jaime leads you in your restorative yoga practice, Lynne and Jaime will use a variety of thai yoga massage techniques to help you to relax and to stretch your muscles. Lynne will also use a relaxing blend of essential oils massage oil to massage feet during your final savasana.
This 2 hours retreat will leave you feeling relaxed and rejuvenated.

Women's Wellness Weekend
Relax, Rejuvenate & Restore
Come join us for an all inclusive weekend retreat at a lakefront cottage in Prince Edward County. Activities include yoga, meditation and aromatherapy among others. Take part in any or all of the activities. The weekend is dry with lots of healthy food options. Enjoy the campfire or fireplace, take a walk or curl up with a book, or maybe just have some quiet time by the water. The possibilities are endless, it is your weekend away!
